Carolyn Eley, Owner

Carolyn provides a variety of treatments, that include Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, manual work to address functional mobility for tissue restructuring, breakdown of scar adhesions or tissue, and/or for increased joint mobility. Carolyn also has certifications in Myofascial Decompression, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, and Blood Flow Restriction therapy. Carolyn feels confident that she is integrating the best available research, clinical expertise, patient values, and circumstances related to their case or condition in her treatment decision making.

Carolyn offers private sessions for Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki where the focus is on mind, body, and spiritual healing. She is trained in trauma modalities to help release stored blockages that can cause illness within the body.  Carolyn was drawn to this type of healing due to her own traumatic events that she had not dealt with that were wreaking havoc in her body after years of neglect without being consciously aware of it. After receiving treatments on her body, she could feel the shifts that were taking place in her tissue as well as in her mind and spirit. 

Carolyn teaches yoga and meditation classes.

In her free time Carolyn stays busy with family.  She enjoys running, yoga, meditation, good food and going away to explore!
